New Special $DF.00* Minor Hair Adding Repair Service

Due to numerous requests for lesser priced Minor Repair Charges we are Introducing this New Service for any standard sized unit.  The only service that will be provided will be to add hair in "sparse sections" only (not throughout) to any completely clean unit.  The workers will not add hair to unclean units.
What we consider clean:The unit must be "completely free" of Soft Glue, Oil and scalp build up.  This means the unit must be Dry Cleaned in a Mineral base Cleaner to soften and remove the Tape and Soft Bonding Glues.  The unit must then be Water Washed in a strong solution of Soap such as Ajax- Dishwashing Liquid mixed with one ounce of Lemon Fresh Ammonia, rinsed well, conditioned, then combed out and dried.  That's it.  Send it to us and we will add hair to those sections for $35.00.  If you would like us to do the cleaning the charge will be an additional $10.00.

Suncrest II one Price $EJ.00* Repair:

Our One Price $EJ.00 Repair Service to any completely clean standard size unit covers; Repairing the foundation as necessary.  Adding new Ribbons to fix damaged edges where necessary.  Refreshing the existing Tape Patches or sewing on new Tape Patches when necessary.  Sewing on new 1/8" Folded Dura Lace front edge if necessary and then adding Hair as requested.  Very complete repairing.  Adding a new Lace Front is $DO.00 additional.  This service "does not" include cleaning.  If you would like us to do the cleaning the charge will be an additional $BO.00.

Product Information and Cleaning Instructions:

(Also Excellent for regular servicing Human And Synthetic) VM&P Naphtha (Flammable): This is highly deodorized Oil Base Paint Thinner.  Sold in Paint and Hardware stores.  Available in quartets and gallons.  Very fast drying and almost odorless.  This product will not damage any type Hair or Hair Replacement foundation including Poly Urethane "except" those that contain Silicone.  Please "do not" use this product if any section of the foundation or parting area is made using Silicone.
Naphtha Paint Thinner is quickly absorbed by the "Soft Bond Adhesives" including Silicone.  This causes it to swell and  soften making it easily removable from the foundation. Rubber Gloves are not necessary.

** Cleaning Procedure:

No Smoking: Place the unit in a two quart mixing bowl, pour the VM&P Naptha Oil Base Paint Thinner directly on the unit completely covering it with the fluid.  Allow the unit to stand in the fluid for 5 minutes.  Lift the unit from the fluid and allow as much of the excess fluid to drip into the bowl as possible.  While still moist from the fluid, turn the unit inside out and lay it on a canvas block.  Using a hand towel, quickly wipe away as much of the swollen glue as possible.  (Sometimes it may be necessary to scrape stubborn glue away with a plastic utensil or fingernail) Turn the unit right side up and comb through the hair in the areas where the glue has come through the foundation to remove that glue also.  Hair cannot be added to glue.  When finished, use a blow dryer to evaporate the fluid completely.  Now pour the remaining fluid back into its original container ready to be used again.  Please Note:  The unit "must" be completely dry and free of the VM&P Naptha at this point.  You are now ready to wash away all the remaining buildups and condition the unit using the same two quart bowl.  Fill the container 3/4 full of warm water.  Put a good amount of the Dishwashing liquid and one ounce of the Lemon Fresh Ammonia in the water and mix well.  Place the unit in the wash water and squeeze the unit a little but please do not scrub,. Let stand for five minutes.  Rinse well, Cream Rinse Condition, Comb out, Style and dry.  Finished
