Terms

A 50% deposit is requested with every order. C.O.D. for the balance is customary. If you would like to save the current C.O.D. charges which are $8.00 or more depending on the carrier you may prepay the order totally. Please call for the current shipping prices charged by U.P.S. the U.S. Post Office or other carriers prior to sending. Visa, Master Card and American Express charge cards are also gladly accepted for payment.

Return Policy

Stock hair Replacements

Any Stock Hair Replacement returned for credit or exchange must be in it's original condition and immediately returnable to inventory. Postage will be the only charge for exchanges. Please call for and enclose payment for the current postage charges before returning. This will save the C.O.D. costs. You can also use your Visa, Master Card or American Express card for payment.

Custom hair Replacements

We inspect each and every unit carefully before leaving this office. We would also appreciate your careful inspection of the finished unit. Check the color to the samples, the density and the pattern size and fit. Please do this before pre cutting. If you find anything that does not meet your specifications return it immediately to us. If it needs correction it will be done promptly. If the unit needs to be remade which could sometimes happen we would like to have the unit uncut for use in our own studios or as a sample unit. If a fault is found during delivery do not hesitate to send it back for correction.

Hair

European Refined First Quality Indian

Gently acid refined for an extended period of time to soften the cuticle making it easily washed away to create tangle European quality Human Hair. All Human Flair is bleached and dyed to achieve the proper color. The dyes used are foremost for color retention in the Dye Color Industry.

Protec Human Hair

Closely selected Indonesian Human Hair. This select Human hair is put through a length multistage process to achieve this premium category of Human Hair. Protec human hair is available in all colors at an additional charge.

Pre Waved Human Hair

All pre waving is done using heat and pressure. No chemicals are used in this process. All curl patterns are available. Blond shades do not perm as well due to the high bleaching process.

Synthetic Fiber

Kanekalon Mono-acrylic is exclusively used. Available in Toupalon, K-7, K-2 and Endura Fiber. All curl patterns available. Used for Gray blends in Human Hair Units unless otherwise requested. White Human or Yak Hair is also available at an additional charge.

Ordering

When sending Custom Units. Please send extra large hair samples for the best color matching. We accept templates, Foam Molds and Plaster Casts. You may use any order form or call for forms. Please put your Name, Area Code and Telephone number as well as an alternate number on your order form. We may need to call you for further instructions. Please review your order form carefully before sending. Anything left out can cause delay of your order. You will receive an order confirmation with an Invoice number printed on it. Please use that Invoice Number whenever you call for information. We are fully computerized. Using that Invoice Number we will be able to give you an immediate answer to any question.

Using a Color Ring for Custom Units

When using a Color Ring for your Hair Color on a Custom unit. Please indicate which ring you are using and whether Human or Synthetic. If it is a three-tone Color Ring please indicate which color or colors you have chosen Front, Top or Back.

Using a Color Ring for Stock Units

When using a Color Ring to order Stock Units. Please indicate which ring you are using and whether Human or Synthetic. You may also send color samples when ordering a stock unit. All of out stock units are tone on tone and are hand matched to the sample or Color Ring specified.

Gray %

The gray % area on the order forms is usually for Additional Gray. Samples are the best way to get the correct color. If you use a Color Ring for your % of Gray; Please indicate which Ring you are using and whether Human or Synthetic. If it is a three-tone Color Ring please indicate which color or colors you have chosen Front, Top or Back.
